This standard is related to learner-centered approach in education. Technology can be used for motivating students in any subject areas. It also can help students express themselves in a highly productive way.

Various technologies are used to motivate students and make learning process engaging.

This is a flash animation made for the course ITEC 67432, Designing Multimedia for Instruction. It illustrates a concept of socio-economic formation, which is studied by philosophy. This animation is an example of using technology to make abstract concepts easier for understanding (especially by visual learners).

This is an animated map of Russia. It can be used as a multimedia illustration in a project or for learning about the geography of the country. Interactive elements in instructional materials can make them more attractive and motivating.

 

This is a photo story made for the course ITEC 67432, Designing Multimedia for Instruction. Its topic is Zeno's Paradoxes: Achilles and a Tortoise. This photo story can be used for the courses Introduction to Philosophy and History of Philosophy.

They have to be aware about how make this society fair and safe for anyone who wants to be a part of it.

This standard is referred to my plans for lifelong learning and developing Instructional Technology. As I am planning to continue my work in Russia (where Instructional Technology is a new trend), I will have virtually endless opportunities in changing the current situation and being a leader in my professional area.

Individual Investigation in ITEC. This paper describes a plan of possible utilization of the existing Russian school Internet infrastructure for collaboration of school and college education. It can be used as a starting point for making a large-scale research and change management plan.
